Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before booking or using any services provided by Novo Cleaning Services ("we," "us," or "our"). By contacting us, scheduling a cleaning, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services
Novo Cleaning Services provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to: deep cleaning, recurring cleaning, move in/out cleaning, STR/Airbnb turnover cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and commercial cleaning.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Booking and Scheduling
- Bookings are confirmed upon written or verbal agreement between the client and Novo Cleaning Services.
- We ask for at least 24 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed time window. Delays due to traffic, weather, or prior job overruns will be communicated as promptly as possible.
Access to Property
The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property due to circumstances within the client's control, a lock-out fee may apply.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to areas that have been used or dirtied after our visit.
Pricing and Payment
- Pricing is provided as a quote and may vary depending on the size of the property, condition, and specific services requested.
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, e-transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at time of booking.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Damage and Liability
Our team takes great care with your property. In the event of accidental damage caused by our staff, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or wear and tear
- Damage resulting from improperly secured or unstable items
- Items of exceptional monetary or sentimental value that were not disclosed prior to the cleaning visit
We use pet-safe and eco-friendly cleaning products. However, we are not liable for allergic reactions arising from standard cleaning products unless a specific product restriction was communicated to us in advance.
Health and Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or halt service if our team encounters unsafe working conditions, excessive clutter, pest infestations, biohazardous materials, or abusive behaviour. In such cases, a service fee may still apply.
Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
